You will be impressed by the variety of offerings at this restaurant. They had oxtails on sale for $6.99 per pound, but they are $10.99 if you don't have their sales paper available on Google. Their pork chops were fresh and substantial, and I also purchased some beef liver. Additionally, they offer fresh Filipino food in the back, including my favorite, pancit. What User doesn't like about Island Pacific Seafood Market:
The female staff members were friendly, but the two male employees in the meat department were rude. The first man I asked if they had eel made me feel like I was bothering him. The second man behind the counter seemed impatient and rushed. I won't judge the whole restaurant based on this experience, as it was my first time there. If I need more bait in the future, I may give the business another chance. View all feedback.
If you're originally from the Philippines, this place will bring back memories
Little Asian market with lots of goodies and everyday household goods for your kitchen. There's a bakery and hot food items in here too if you wanna grab something good to eat. If you love Portos cheese rolls and Portos is too far for you then go here. No waiting in line and it's just as good in my opinion. Hot food items are really good too. Very similar to Pinoy Pinay in Cerritos.
We always come here for Pancit palabok but last week’s palabok was not the same palabok recipe. The noodles were thinner and the sauce was totally tasteless. It’s not enough that it looks good but it has to taste good, at least taste like “palabok”! We hate to waste food but honestly this palabok is really not worth eating…
Ah... our go to filipino grocery... I'm glad this is close I don't have to cross 710 to go to tambuli anymore...
It's my nearest go-to when I need a taste of home! It's cleaner than the Island Pacific that used to be in LA and the cashiers are always really friendly.
