Fantastic cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and plenty to keep yourself busy at Ficklewoods. But none of that holds a candle to how delicious their ciders are. I honestly don’t consider drinking beers/wines anymore after trying Ficklewoods. High recommend for bringing friends, family, loved ones. View all feedback.
What harley Sipes doesn't like about Ficklewood Ciderworks:
Great ambience. The band that was playing was a bit loud for the space (couldn't hold a conversation with the volume so had to leave)The Bramblebark was pretty good. Everything else was fairly mild, nothing really stood out but ultimately I like my drinks to have more depth so it's all subjective. Surprisingly strong ciders with most over 7%. My husband and I were on vacation and stopped by Ficklewood to play pinball. We felt neutral about drinking cider. That all changed when we met Alfredo. He was a long time customer, who became an investor. Alfredo made our night!!! Not only is he knowledgeable, he’s an inspiration. He turned us onto cider in a way I never thought possible. We live 2 hours away, in San Diego but we would seriously come back for their wonderful ciders and to hang out with Alfredo. That said, I’m looking forward to seeing their ciders distributed in stores a little closer to my home. Keep up the great work!!!
This place is great! Really cool atmosphere and the ciders are pretty unique but all very good. The service was also top notch. We'll definitely be back!
Stopped by for a quick drink taster which was really fun to do! There were quite a few board games and a very fun vending machine!!
Dope place. Good drinks. Good prices. 100% a must go-to if ur in downtown LB.
Extremely cool spot in Long Beach. Ciders I tried were remarkably good, especially the figgy one!
