Berth 55 Seafood Deli - Long Beach

The food here is excellent and reasonably priced! We visit at least twice a year during tax season since my father's tax preparer is nearby, and we always stop by for an early lunch afterward. I prefer this place over Redondo. I also appreciate how clean the facilities are. For me, that’s a major plus!

The seafood here is excellent! You place your order first, then find a seat and wait for your fresh, hot seafood to be prepared. The staff member is fantastic and makes the wait feel much shorter.

The fries and coleslaw are outstanding, and they come free with the BBQ shrimp skewers in the combo! Eating fresh seafood by the harbor is truly a Hemingway-esque experience.

I love the shrimp fish combos, especially the sea bass. Her ceviche is always a beautiful fresh starter and a cup of chowder completes the meal. Also the fries and the Koleslaws are well above average and they are free in the combo with bbq shrimp spits! Also sitting on the port eating fresh seafood is just the kind of hemingway thing to do.

Another hidden gem for sea food! The calamari and fish and chips are fantastic and tasty, perfect for either after a long day at work or the weekends best time is Friday after 3pm. Service and food are great! Ohh and almost forgot it has a nice view
