Fantastic meal. I advise ordering the sandwich with prime rib dip. Great folks are employed here. Excellent service was provided. This location appears generally very clean and stylish and has comfortable seating. I returned today for lunch, and the meal was excellent.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Chelsey Nyuli doesn't like about At The Top:
Ordered medium steak , received well done . Mashed potatoes dry and falling apart, no flavor. Both drinks ordered tasted nothing like the flavor couldn’t drink it very bitter . They only have 2 high chairs so we had our 2 year old in a chair dangerous until one was available which I stated in reservations we’d need a high chair . Staff was friendly but over all not a great experience sorry to say. View all feedback.
I am in charge of reserving our Pre Board Members and Staff dinners. I wanted to try a place out of our norm. After reading the mix reviews I decided to go in with my colleague for a tester. They weren't open, but the manager Cynthia led us to their sister business Shannon's, which has the same kitchen. Their service and atmosphere were great so I proceeded to keep our reservations. The day of the dinner, there was a large event upstairs just breaking out. I was so nervous because we were going to be eating outside and the partygoers were loud and hanging out, but dispersed rather quickly. As the board members staff were seated, we started ordering appetizers and drinks from their prefixed menu. It's not vegetarian friendly, but vegetarian dishes can be accommodated. From the appetizers, drinks, entrees, and desserts everything was delicious! 14 out of 14 individuals confirmed it! They also were able to provide a special dessert for one of our colleagues that will be leaving our foundation soon, and he was very appreciative of that. The only downside was the service was slow at times and the ladies' restroom was a mess and I believe it was due to the event they had earlier. I still give them 5 stars because I believe they were short staffed. Everyone from the bartender, manager, server, and bus person tended to us and the other guests in the restaurant, and their teamwork made those mishaps doable. I look forward to doing business with them in the future, as we bring on two new employees and hopefully, the board members who weren't able to make it join us as well. They truly missed out!
Their brunch was fine. Nothing special nothing exciting. The cost of cocktails was interesting: **** Mary with Titos: $18 Aperol Spritz: $10 Pineapple Daiquiri: $14 The **** Mary has zero excitement and the price isn't stated on the menu. It is served in a tall rock glass with celery, olives, and lime. For a cocktail over $15 I expect more excitement or a lot of beverage to drink. The food was fine nothing amazing or special that I couldn't have made at home.
I really enjoyed my time at The Carvery. I got exactly what i asked for and the food was delicious!! if you need somewhere to go like a quick get together anything PLEASE come here!! The service is amazing. Everyone is always smiling and laughing i loved the environment so much. i definitely will be coming back.
Went around 5:30 on a Sunday for an anniversary dinner with my wife and 7 month old. It wasn’t very busy service was attentive and very friendly. The ribeye steaks and the cocktails were great. Their Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts appetizers are amazing.
