Hironori Craft Ramen - Long Beach

I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The noodles were served hot, and the broccolini was cooked perfectly. I especially liked the complimentary garlic paste. The noodles were also nice and thick.

I decided to try the Vegan Ramen from their menu and it was delicious. The portion size was satisfying and it was packaged nicely for takeout.

This trendy and laid-back ramen restaurant is popular with a long line out the door, but they efficiently manage the crowd. If you don't mind squeezing in, the wait is quick. The staff is very friendly, and they greet you with fruit-infused water. They offer only one vegan ramen option, but it's fantastic. The broth has a rich flavor that even non-vegetarians can appreciate, and the toppings, particularly the charred broccolini and crunchy almond sauce, are delicious. The portion size is decent, so you won't leave hungry. The food arrives promptly and is devoured quickly. The edamame, seasoned with some kind of magic, pairs perfectly with the ramen. I will definitely be returning for more.

Her menu right up offered vegan rams so I ordered and it tasted great. it was enough to fill me and was presented quite well for the takeout.

Cool casual hipster-wheeled joint, popular with a line from the door, but they run the place smooth and efficient. If you're okay with sneaking in, it's pretty fast. very friendly staff, and they are greeted with obst infused water. there is only one vegan ram, but it is fantastic. the basic has a deep taste that even appreciate non-herobivores and I loved the toppings, especially the charred broccolini and the crispy mandelsauce. that is also a decent size, so it is not a smokey bowl. the food came out quickly and was plastered right up. goes great with the edamam and whatever likes it blows on it. will get another definitiw.
