**Restaurant Review: Earls – A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Earls presents a rollercoaster of dining experiences, attracting enthusiasm from some while disappointing others. Guests have reported slow and forgetful service, with out-of-stock menu items and inconsistent food quality. Soggy crab cakes, bland clam chowder, and undercooked seafood have led to dissatisfaction. Conversely, some diners rave about exceptional service, delightful salads, and a pleasant atmosphere that enhances their visits. Special occasions, however, can be fraught with issues such as noise interference and lack of attention to dietary restrictions. Overall, while Earls has potential, recent feedback suggests a need for improvement to meet expectations consistently.

I typically stop by this restaurant on my way home from work, and I've never been disappointed! The service is excellent, and the food is consistently delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely, making it a perfect spot for a weekday lunch or a Friday night outing. It's one of my favorite places in town, and I can't wait for my next visit!
Thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. Just drove by. And on a whim the girlfriend and I decided to go in. We were both pleasantly surprised. The salads we had were amazing. And the service was really good as well. Would definitely recommend this place.
Always packed but iv never waited for service. Food is excellent, the gnocchi is my favorite dish on the menu so far and our waitress was friendly polite and knew everything about the menu that we could think to ask.
The brunch menu is truly outstanding! The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is very friendly.
We came here for the first time for a weekday lunch. Service was surprisingly slow and forgetful, which was surprising since the place wasn't that crowded. We had to wait far to long for ordering, for food , for the check etc. My clam chowder wasn't what I was expecting. It had the consistency of water and was full of tomatoes. There was no flavour unfortunately. The crab cakes I got were super soggy/watery which made the insides consistency disappointing. I knew this wasn't a traditional crab cake but boy did it taste bland. No tar tar , no lemon ..the did slather the bottom with a strange green sauce that wasn't very flavourful. My wife thought the Cobb salad was average and her steak was good but they did charge for basic steak sauce $3) without informing us. They only had two salad dressings on hand which seems suspect with this such a fancy looking place. We will not be returning to Earls. For the price we paid $120) we would have been happier at a regular steakhouse or foge de Chao. I should have read reviews before coming. Update : I emailed Earls after they responded to my review, however they never responded to my email like they should have. This makes me think that the one star was justified. Disappointment x2
