The food was incredible! We ordered the queso dip with chorizo, chips and salsa, shrimp quesadilla, and the carnitas soft tacos. We were so full that we had to roll out of the restaurant.

I revisited this place! Over a year ago, while traveling through Lone Pine, we decided to have lunch at Bonanza Mexican Restaurant. We had a great meal...

The Mexican restaurant has a classic charm and delicious dishes, but comes with a higher price point. The service can be quite slow and they overcharge for a small portion of salsa to take home ($8).

The service was quick efficient. Most importantly the food was fresh carried that authentic Mexican taste. Highly recommend

Of the real restaurants in Lone Pine, my least favorite place. Better than Taco Bell, but beneath almost every other Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food was so poor that I remember none of it. More Gringo-Mex than Tex-Mex is my impression. And the whole experience was slow despite the place almost totally empty mid afternoon. You can do much, much better in Lone Pine.
