At this beloved local Subway location, customer experiences vary widely. While many patrons appreciate the cleanliness, generous portions, and skilled staff, concerns have arisen regarding inconsistent service and health protocols. Some customers encountered rude employees who appeared annoyed by mask-related inquiries or minor requests. Others were disappointed by inaccuracies in their online orders and charges for extras. However, many also praised staff members for their attentiveness and sandwich-making expertise. Overall, the restaurant maintains a pleasant atmosphere and has garnered positive feedback for its food, yet the service quality remains a mixed bag, reflecting a need for greater consistency.

Subway decides to short staff this location instead of paying for more workers. (They’re hiring, but for a non competitive wage) Incredibly slow, don’t stop if you’re traveling and want to be quick.

I regularly dine at this subway location and have always had a pleasant experience, but today was different. The woman preparing my food is usually the highlight of my visit, but today she informed me that it was my decision whether or not to wear a mask. When I mentioned I didn't have gloves either, she appeared annoyed. It's worth noting that masks are no longer mandated in this area and the entire food prep station is now enclosed with plastic barriers. Despite these safety measures, her attitude while making our sandwiches was still rude and unprofessional.

Customer service was a little lacking. My daughter asked for a single slice of salami on her kids turkey sandwich, we were charged fifty cents extra for it. My kids were excited and asked for olives on their sandwiches and the lady behind the counterkept saying that comes at the end in a unfriendly tone. Also, no water available without paying

Great! The man working the counter didn?t rush through making our sandwiches and we really appreciated that. Some would have considered him slow, but his attention to detail to not making a sloppy soggy sub was much appreciated. Took our subs on theMount Whitney Portal hike. Thanks!
