What Rachel G doesn't like about Caffè Nero:
Great service and even better hot drinks. The only down fall of Caffè Nero is the toilets. Numerous times when I have been there I found them very untidy and not well maintained. Could do with a little TLC! View all feedback. What S likes about Caffè Nero:
Dropped in after 5.30. The lady behind the counter was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate my granddaughter who is severely lactose intolerance. View all feedback.

Sausage rolls were cold it took the person all day to understand what we were saying and took well over 10 minutes for service
