When will you open the dining room? I want to sit there, drink a coffee and work there on my laptop. they had the seats set a little back and then removed again, why? when it comes to homeless, they just call them. also their personal neglects the mobile pick-up counter, they literally go by, they look right at and say nothing or just chat with their employees. the older woman who works there is the only one who is g... This Tim Hortons on Wellington and Baseline has to be the worst I have ever been to.The first time I went there it took 15 minutes to get my order.The second time I asked for a bag because I had to walk to the Hospital and was pushing a stroller. The employee said we told you they were for delivery. Really like a bag was going to kill them. I would have paid for the bag. The employee was rude when she said this and rolled her eyes.I guess it was the manager who out loud told three workers that one of them should be going and cleaning the washroom since they are standing around. Really, I am thinking she should have gone up to them quietly and asked them to do this.I have worked in customer service for 48 years and found this place to be below standard as far as customer service.
The absolute rudest and unprofessional service in all of London Ontario.. the lady working the early morning Uber and skip tablets needs a wake up call on friendliness because she has none!
