Subway - London

If I could give zero star, I would. Eat fresh? My sub was served on old, hard bread. I work in Shoppers next door and didn't have time to return it. I love sandwiches, but I won't be going back to this location. Disappointed!

They need to understand if someone asked for a veggie sub and specifically said please finish anything they are doing with chicken or anything Non veg and than do my subShe still used same gloves and kept doing the only thing i asked not tooAnd when i asked could you please change gloves she started giving me attitude and left my sub in middle and other person came back to do my subI was ready to wait but i was given worst service

Ordered from here before in person it was good service friendly staff however when ordering thru a platform for delivery is when they need alot of work... paid over $100 for 5 sub combos only to get 4 subs and 3 drinks- very disappointed... this is the 3rd time they messed up my online order!

Kudos to the person who made my subs on December 30 around 4:45 PM. The lady was very nice and prepared the sandwiches perfectly, loaded with plenty of veggies. I’m slowly moving away from Subway due to some employees who skimp on ingredients as if they owned the place, but this woman made the subs just like I remember them. Thank you!

I hope the manager and owner get to read this, as it's the main reason for my review. Tonight, I visited with my brother at this Subway, a place we frequent. Each time we've been there, there's a lady working during the closing shift whose name I don't know, but she has consistently been incredibly helpful and exceptionally kind. She truly takes her time with customers, making us feel valued rather than like a burden, which isn't the case with most of the other staff. I wanted to redeem a free cookie through the app, and she patiently assisted me, making the experience enjoyable rather than irritating. The restaurant was also quite clean! I really hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service because my brother and I were very impressed. Thank you to her!
