Recently craved their tenders and was extremely disappointed. The tenders were smaller than my pointer finger and the fries were cold.They got an extra two stars because of how great they were with product and service before. My expectations were clearly high considering my past experience and their current pricing which was a lot more than I expected (which is fine because inflation).Probably won’t be back again which is unfortunate.

Pleasant to deal with and they make a mean, moist yet crispy chicken taco topped with their special Kluck It sauce! The onion rings were to die for and their house made fire and ice sauce pairs perfectly. If you haven't tried this place yet, you MUST. Can't wait to go back! I hear there is a roof top patio that I must check out in the warmer weather.

Th... read more This was our first visit to the restaurant, and the food was quite tasty with friendly staff. We tried the waffle chicken, which we would rate a 6 out of 10. The chicken could have been crispier, and the waffle could have been cooked a bit longer. We also had the buffalo chicken, which we would rate an 8 out of 10. The buffalo chicken was excellent, perfectly cooked. However, the prices were high for the meal.

I have ordered for pick up and dine-in before, and my personal experience is that the food is alright but they always mess up the order and it takes forever to be ready. This last time I ordered through their website using DoorDash and it was a complete rip off. I had to pay over $8 in delivery and service fees, plus a mandatory tip of just over $6. The total came out to over $85 for a couple of sandwiches, strips, and fries. It took almost 1.5 hours to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold and needed to be reheated. I don't understand why I paid so much for delivery if the food was going to arrive cold after such a long wait. I guess the only positive thing is that they got the last order technically correct.
