Staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is looking tired. The vending machine was cash only (card function out of order). It’s fair to say the car park share with the drive through McDonald’s means it’s very busy. The carpets did not look like they had been vacuumed at all well. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 4

That's the thing about premier inns, they're not luxury but they're consistently good with the things that are important, showers, comfy beds, breakfast, etc. This is nice premier Inn, great location for getting into Salisbury (about 15 minutes walk), friendly staff and well maintained rooms.
