What User doesn't like about Saint Pizza:
The pizza was tasty, in my opinion, but the quality suffers when it is delivered. The pizzas were cold and not cooked perfectly. The sides were also not very good. I will try again but this time at the restaurant instead. View all feedback.
On a sunny day, we chose to sit outside at one of the two tables in front of the restaurant. However, we found that this area was a bit disconnected from the restaurant's main space. When we encountered some disturbances from individuals associated with Hackney's mental health services, we decided to move inside. Despite this incident, the staff handled it well and promptly reheated our pizzas, which turned out to be delicious. While the restaurant lacks dessert options or a proper selection of teas, if you're looking for great vegan pizza and cocktails, this place is definitely worth a visit.
The Vegan Pizzeria Cocktailbar is located at the end of a row of old railway arches across from the entrance to Hackney Central Station, next to the bus garage. The entrance may be confusing with an old trainer, but inside it opens up to a stylish barroom with intriguing lighting and an impressive bar. Pizzas can be ordered at the back and are reasonably priced (around £8 each) with unique toppings like bratkartoffeln. We opted to sit outside on a sunny day, but there were only two tables available. Unfortunately, the front area is somewhat disconnected from the working space, and we were approached by a woman from the local psychic health service. After a brief interaction, we decided to give her our pizza, but declined when she asked us to physically harm her. We retrieved our pizza and found it to be quite delicious. The restaurant did not have any dessert or tea options, so we went elsewhere for those. Overall, if you're looking for tasty vegan pizza and cocktails, this place is a great choice!
We were on a desperate hunt for vegan pizza at 11pm. We couldn't believe our luck when we found the best pizza we've ever had.
The pizza was good, I believe, but the delivery service compromised the quality. When the pizzas arrived at home, they were cold and not cooked properly. The toppings were lacking in quality. I will give it another try but dine-in instead.
This restaurant used to be fully vegan, but it is no longer. However, it is still a very cool spot with super friendly staff and amazing pizza. The sourdough crust is well-seasoned, thin, and absolutely delicious with a great choice of toppings. The cheese is nicely melted and creates a unique flavor when combined with the tomato sauce.
