Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for Yoobi restaurant are mixed, with some customers expressing dissatisfaction with the restaurant's practices regarding service fees, delivery service, and food quality. The issue of the service fee being taken by the restaurant instead of going to the employees was a major concern for some reviewers. There were also complaints about incorrect delivery orders, delayed delivery service, and poor food quality. However, there were also positive comments about the fresh and tasty sushi offerings at Yoobi, with some customers praising the original temakis and affordable prices. Overall, it seems that while Yoobi has potential with its unique menu and decent prices, there are areas that need improvement such as service, food quality, and modernization of the menu to keep customers satisfied.
If, as I do, they think that tips go to the people they deserve, i.e. the personal, then please don't eat in this restaurant. it is a scandal that restaurants add to the service and simply take the money as a way to improve sales./ I feel bad for the employees who are clearly embarrassing for the question, the service goes to them and their colleagues because the answer is not: no. the only possibility that the restorative learn that this is a very unethical practice when customers boycott their restaurants until they change. some big chains have stopped stealing tips as result. if they do not change, they deserve to go out of business as customers stop spending their money on sites that tear off the customers and tear off their employees./please don't eat in this restaurant until the owners publicly say that they have changed their policy and the personal will receive the service fee that is added to the bill. the owners should also apologise and pay back their employees.
Scammers. AVOID.br/> pfund for a tuna sashimi, two moakis, edamame, spicy brokoli and a cold pressed juice. / of the juice did not arrive. I called the restaurant, the guy insisted that they put the juice in the bag. they could only offer me a loan in my account. fair enough. < br>/ I open the boxes. Actually, I needed a lupe to find the fish in the Maki reels. what a shame. the pictures in delivery cars show big fat juicy makis. I got teeny tiny moakis with barely fishing inside. the taste was terrifying. spicy broccoli was a sweat, there was nothing sharp on it and the taste was terrible. had to throw away. tuna sashimi was disgusting and tiny. Even the edamame was terrible without a hauch of sea salt. everything was old and tasteless. you should be ashamed that you send this disgusting food to people and get away with so much money.
Yoobi has very original temakis and tasty. They are in my opinion quite decent in terms of price, although they could be 1£ less and I would go every day or so.Anyway I recommend this place as a place to go in the area if you are craving for Japanese fusion food
Not that I agree with the price it charges but I've always been a regular customer ordering from Yoobi and today has been the worst delivery service I have ever had!But who's fault is it? Deliveroo or Yoobi not even having someone you can call? I mean, I tried calling the number it says here but was saying that the place was shut whilst my ordering was still running... I couldn't cancel my order or anything...and the thing is: never had any complimentary food as an apology or anything once my order came wrong and never complained ! . I still like your sushi, Yoobi, but c'mon...! you can do better!
Ordered from here on the 25th of November in the evening via deliveroo. It arrived when it said it would no problems there. The sushi was average and I wasn’t really expecting much as it was delivered. I usually equate substandard sushi with ordering online so never get too excited. So happy days it arrived and I ate it.
