My friend and I discovered this Italian restaurant after a hike from Freiburg through the Black ForestWe hungry, sore and needed a respite.

The food was tastefully good but too expensive so that it would not have been different for a good Italian.who is hungry has to order double portions.For good eating I don't look at the euro but I don't see any reason for eating in the restaurant again if I can eat at the same price but cheaper for something else.

The service was quite unfriendly. Although little was going on, we had to wait a long time. My spaghetti were far too sharp, after complaints they were exchanged murishly. This was also very fast, but they were still very sharp... The food of the others was good and sufficient.

The kitchen is excellent and ingenious. very good and accommodating service

Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the food there. except breakfast. we had a week before arrival reserved a table online. After a few days, I was called to sign for the orchestra. I didn't know that. I said that, and we just want to eat a table. That wouldn't be a problem. Then on Friday night we arrived, I personally asked for our reservation for the next day and I was told that it was okay. on Saturday night then surprise you first we were addressed few times and left to stand again it takes a moment. then we were told that today it is a closed company in the outdoor area of the restaurant (the orchestra), but we should wait in the lobby. inside everything was empty. Then my husband said we were going somewhere else to eat and tell them they apologized, but nothing else. it was our wedding day and I had said that at the reservation. a shame to experience in a 4-star hotel. we were also good next to the l ́Osteria, but not what we wanted for our special day. we are not demanding people, but with a little more respect we want to be treated especially on such a day. on Friday night we drank good cocktails, but as I said, the service is unfortunately not very attentive
