I have recently been to several branches of Eat and have been impressed with them all. This one is not an exception. It serves good coffee and a range of fresh, healthy foods including rolls, sandwiches and hot dishes with counter service. The vegetarian brown roll is absolutely delicious. I think it is a great store for good quality take away casual food. View all feedback.
What BunchOfLilies doesn't like about Viet Eat:
This is a chain throughout London. As with many of these types of eateries, I find it too expensive for sandwiches, drinks etc (eg £2.95 for a bacon roll). The food does look fresh, breakfasts look great and the coffee is good. So I can why it 's popular. A nice bright and clean spot with efficient staff. If you 're visiting London and fancy lunch with easy, quick service and a good amount of seating I would recommen... View all feedback.
This place is very popular in midday, all thanks to the famous banh mi: a Vietnamese baguette, which is filled in the regular with grilled meat with far east flavors.
The outdoor vibe is beautiful, with view of the hectic and driving of holborns high street. usually a casual, office-driven amount with the occasional LSE student, which feels like an upgrade from the usual almost food items. I fall into the last category. the pho was pleasantly authentic in its aromen and presentation. the prices were also decent for london and the proportion was also satisfied. the service is a little slow so that they get a fork forever when I drop mine, but barring that it is a good choice when they are in the holborn opposite.
We had no more Vietnamese food since our visit to the Vietnamese festival in summer, so we thought it was time to repair our Vietnamese food! we decided to try viet eat – a small compact restaurant in londons holborn. it is just a stone throw away from holborn station so they can easily find it. it was pretty busy and we had to press on a table among other customers. So if they are looking for a fast, simple and decent meal in an intimate environment, viet eat is to go your place!
The summer rolls were quit fresh. Ive also enjoyed my pho noodles with prawns. We didn't had to wait long for the food either. Its conveniently quite close to the underground
Service was a bit slow, especially for a weekday lunchtime. The pho was alright pleasant though the noodles were still clumped together at some bits. The summer rolls were lovely.
