Feedback
Guests love Vicinity’s unbeatable Tower Bridge views and drinks; reviews praise atmosphere but note mixed food quality, occasional shortages and variable service.
It’s been amazing. Loved the food and the view of course! Very polite and helpful personal.
I made a reservation but upon arriving at the restaurant found that didn’t matter as a group arrived, preordered a large menu and anything ordered would be delayed by at least an hour. I tried to be understanding but with a reservation I’d expect they’d allot for those meal tickets in the kitchen. If you cant trust a restaurant to fulfill your expectations w a reservations, what good are they? We ultimately went someplace else.
I enjoyed lunch at Vicinity, which makes use of a great waterfront space offering fine views of London's Tower Bridge. On a sunny July day it proved an excellent spot for al fresco drinks and a three-course meal. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch
Food was very basic and quite expensive for the quality. Service was average, i was sat outside on the terrace which was nice. Restaurants need to stop adding auto tips its driving poorer service from your waiting teams. tips are earned not a given. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

If you’re aiming for the picture-postcard sunset over Tower Bridge, arrive early—locals and repeat visitors often time their visits so they can nab terrace or window seats before the evening rush. On busy nights the team prioritises al fresco drink service, so weekday lunches or early dinners give the kitchen more bandwidth for elaborate mains.
