read moreVerdi, located within the Royal Albert Hall, seemed like the perfect spot for a pre-theatre meal. However, many diners were disappointed by the lack of atmosphere and rushed service. Despite some tasty dishes, the quick turnover of tables and lack of live music left much to be desired. Some even found the lack of restroom facilities and disruptive street drinkers to be a major downside. On the other hand, those who visited during a special event with live music had a much more enjoyable experience, with great food and a pleasant ambiance. Overall, Verdi seems to be hit or miss depending on the timing of your visit and your expectations.
