Urban Retreat Cafe at Harrods - Feedback

I am still dreaming of the afternoon tea I had for my birthday I made reservations about a month in advance, for 2:00 pm on a weekday.

From the minute you are greeted outside, to the check in desk, you will feel like a VIP. And yes, you will run into a lot of well known business
