Tziganos - London

Booked a table through Opentable only to be told when we arrived it was closed for a private event. Total waste of time and with 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) we struggled to get anywhere else closeby. Awful that you can book and they dont even see it Manager said it was impossible to book online but i received the confirmation

I would recommend tziganos to friends as food was very nice but service was very poor they forgot our starters and people who ordered after us got there meals before. Had to ask times for a jug of water. And lady who served us couldn’t understand English very well.

Food was great, but service was horrible. I think they may have been understaffed, so I’ll give them a second chance.

The main problem is the style of the music that is not right for a restaurant - shame as we like the place and eating is very good
