I would recommend Tziganos to friends because the food was delicious, but the service was very lacking. Our starters were forgotten, and people who ordered after us received their meals before us. We had to ask four times for a jug of water, and the server seemed to have trouble understanding English. View all feedback.

Booked a table through Opentable only to be told when we arrived it was closed for a private event. Total waste of time and with 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) we struggled to get anywhere else closeby. Awful that you can book and they dont even see it Manager said it was impossible to book online but i received the confirmation View all feedback.

I would recommend Tziganos to friends because the food was delicious, but the service was very lacking. Our starters were forgotten, and people who ordered after us received their meals before us. We had to ask four times for a jug of water, and the server seemed to have trouble understanding English.
The food was excellent, but the service was terrible. I believe they were understaffed, so I will consider giving them another opportunity.
The main issue is style of music not right for a restaurant shame as we like the place and the food is very good
