The Union Bar And Grill - London

Disappointment, especially due to the service. I'm a little veneous local for many years, and there are many good pubs / bars for all occasions in the area-Union bar grill is certainly not one of them. I have rarely seen employees treat customers as consistently bad as this place. Why do they go here? spend their money at the bridge house, or warwick castle pub or waterway or summerhouse for good eating where the atmosphere is great and they know how to treat customers.

Two stars for the decent location, but that is where it ends. there are so many good restaurants in london, and throughout this area near Paddington/Little venedig especially why they spend their money at a place where the food is moderate, the drinks are uncreatiw, and the service is so bad. wasted no time over the details of the bad service (I could write sales). To be honest, if they only want one bite and decent beer, they go to zizzi’s next door or somewhere else along the canal. or better yet, go 200 meters to little venice and go to summerhouse, or waterway, or prince alfred, or literally dozens of other places where the server take care of their customers. so much more...read more

Beautiful place for a drink with friends, very good ambiente especially at weekends. midweek is a little quiet but still beautiful. beautiful location and good interior equipment.
