I’ve been here twice now for the rugby hospitality at the 22. Julie was an absolute legend. She looked after us the entire time, we never needed to ask for anything; Julie was always two steps ahead. The food was great too, the only thing I’d say is the toilet facilities could be better. View all feedback.
What Martin Cooper doesn't like about The Shack 68:
The inexperienced and rude staff at this restaurant seem to be more interested in having a good time than providing quality service. I would suggest heading to one of the many better dining options nearby instead of wasting your time here. View all feedback.
I met one of your employees Richard, tonight as I was waiting at the bus stop for the 281 bus. He was the most polite, considerate young man I have met in a very long time. He saw I was cold and offered me his coat, he walked me home and was completely charming if he is anything like this at work you have a real asset and need to appreciate this young man.
A bar that runs out of lager, cider and wine at 7.30pm on a night when a big concert is happening...it's beyond words how poor this place is.
Definitely the worst place I ever have to spend a Saturday been extra charge 30 pund and never been refound worst service ever super disorganised been waiting for cocktails 30mint and I been to wait for my drink Just avoid this place absolutely nasty

Mark the proprietor is a gas !!! Really nice bloke , fab quaint little shack/bar …… Aussie influence very strong . Think crocodile Dundee but better looking . Pool currently shut obvs but a drink and a dip in the summer ? …. Perfect .
