While some patrons experienced slow service and issues with check-in for those under 18 years old, others praise the cozy atmosphere, great beer selection, and delicious food offerings. The pub is recommended for those seeking a traditional and friendly dining experience in the heart of London's vibrant West End. Highlights include the slow-roast pork belly and the steak and ale pie, which are described as simple and satisfying. Overall, the Queens Head is a hidden gem for a pint and a meal in a picturesque old pub setting.
My wife and I had dinner on a busy Saturday night, but the food and service were top notch.
The Queens Head is absolutely fascinating pubI had chicken pie, Suzie had steak pie with a bottle of proceccoCheersJoanna was excellent server.
Such a yummy place with great serviceWe had the lamb pie and burger and it was amazingThe beer is wonderful and Rachel was great.
Service was a bit slow we waited 35 mins for our food and we were well outside the lunch rush. They’re supposed to be famous for their pies but it’s the fish and chips that looked amazing.
The BEST Pie's in town! Everyone at my table ordered a different one some with meat, some without, all fantastic!
