The lamb dish was a standout for many, with tender meat that was enjoyed thoroughly. Staff were described as friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The restaurant also offers a chic lounge bar with top-notch cocktails, making it a great spot for celebrations or after-work drinks. Despite a few hiccups, McQueen appears to be a popular choice for those looking for a stylish dining option in the area.
The lamb was beautiful and tender and I loved every bite. the restaurant looks great with the dark wood and the bar area is definitely somewhere I want to check in the future. the only mistake was that I felt the service very slowly. but recommend this place for datum nights and after work drinks.
My friend had the groupon voucher for the 3-course menu with wein. we sat on a 4 sits and I was on the bank that is just too low. they need two kisses to reach the table. the meal was in order to be honest, and the waiter was not the kindest.
We had the croquetas and it had a lot of taste. the taste of the fresh tomato and crumbled with small spots of different sauces filled each other. we decided to lame and cadjau. the lamb was divine! it was full of taste and it was really soft and well cooked. the fish has a finer taste, which was beautiful, but I prefer the lamb. for dessert we had ice creams and the chocolate cake that was dessert of the day. both dessert was beautiful and we even mixed them with each other what made it better. the fresh of the ice and the sorbet balanced the sweet of the chocolate cake. overall I enjoyed it here very much. I will come to the final...read more
Mcqueen is a good place for drinks and nibbles from old Street/Shoreditch. I have twice on goods once for a three cure meal and the other time for cocktails and a sharing plate. both eating and cocktails are good. both of them was a little slow and a little rude. it may be because I visited a voucher, but I don't think this should be an excuse.
Shoreditch Chic. I had my first meal at McQueen a couple of nights ago and I have to say that I was very surprised but the quality of the food service. I normally don't rate Restaurants attached to Clubs and/or Bar but this is really an exception. The menu is based on American Grill and the steaks really are awesome. After dinner we continued the evening in the Lounge Bar which serves top notch cocktails... I highly recommend McQueen.
