Nice friendly staff and food and drike wad excellent

Well cooked and very tasty food, wasn’t our first and definitely won’t our last

Went for a meal on Valentine's day. Good atmosphere (there was a live DJ), nice decor and great food.

The plantain was extremely dry and tasteless. How do you mess plantain up? The drinks took a ridiculously long time to arrive as well as the food. Wasted so much time at this restaurant. I wanted to avoid Turtle Bay but I think I’d rather go there! Horrendously slow service, though the waitress was nice. My friends chicken burger was pink inside and we had to send it back. Barely got an apology and there was no discount on the bill. In fact, they overcharged for the drinks. Will never go again

My first visit so I didn’t know that it was no easily accessible to those with mobility difficulties. I went with an elderly relative who relies on a stick to move around so the steps down to the restaurant was definitely a problem. Out of a wish to not disappoint, she slowly made her way down the stairs refusing to think about how she would leave. Staff was friendly and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The food was tasty and we didn’t feel rushed. Will go again and recommend to others but wouldn’t recommend to those with a mobility difficulties.
