Contribute FeedbackDespite some mixed reviews, the restaurant seems to have some issues with booking and service at the moment. Some customers experienced confusion with their reservations and were disappointed with the long wait times and wrong orders. Others found the prices to be too high and the overall experience to be below par. However, there were positive comments about the beautiful hotel setting, friendly staff, and reasonable drink prices. It seems like the restaurant may need to work on improving their organization and food quality to truly impress their customers.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and efficient. The prices for drinks are reasonable considering the location in London. Despite being in a bustling area, the restaurant itself is a peaceful and quiet spot on the first floor near the Eurostar trains. I highly recommend it.
The bar is currently closed with no set reopening date, and the surrounding area is under construction. We were informed by a staff member that it has been closed for some time. This was inconvenient as we had to search for another place to go for two hours before our next reservation, despite receiving pre-arrival emails requesting confirmation of our attendance.
