I discovered this oasis while browsing the sales, and it was a delightful find. The atmosphere is beautifully welcoming, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, and there’s a versatile selection of comfortable furniture. The menu features a tempting array of sweet and savory options. I enjoyed a pot of Earl Grey, which came with a generous plate of lemon slices; they also serve alcohol if you're in the mood for som... View all feedback.
Beautiful spacious place with beautiful decor and comfortable sitting. large selection of fresh pastries, cakes and sweet tasty. coffee was delicious and perfectly served. the staff are friendly and provide fast service.
Love this place! iced caramel latte is tasty and their scene is always so fresh. a little on the pricier side, but not terrible. the best part about this hidden caffe is never crowded. also easily accessible sockets and very strong wlan.
Very nice place to sit down and enjoy a good lunch or cake. I ordered the ciabatta club, and it was so much bigger than expected! They gave me a doggy bag so I could take the rest of my plate home, so nice.
Have you ever tried to work in a cafe located in a furniture store? Sounds a little creepy, but sometimes that’s where surprises come from. Today I discovered a little lovely cafe in Heal’s on Tottenham Court Road. London Coffee Shop for Digital Nomads-13 The Ambrose Cafe Category: Cafe in Heal’s WIFI: Reliable, Free to use Seating: There are 20-25 tables with chairs and 5-6 lounges, 1 long tables with chairs and lamps. You could find some power sockets on the floor and on the walls near seats. Ambience: The setting and decor are quite stylish, comfortable and relaxed. And the staff is lovely. The cafe looks like co-working friendly since they provide a space with table lamps and power points. Cost: Coffee £2.2-£3.8 Tea £3.0-£3.6 Fresh Juice £3.8-£4.5 Smoothies £5-£5.2 Beer Wine are also provided A little expensive than some other coffee shops Something Special about the cafe: (1) A cafe in a classy home furniture store, the decor is quite homely and lovely. (2) Fairly quiet even on weekends, and mostly people who do shopping in the store would find the place, so it is a kind of hideaway workspace. Problems: (1) The price of drinks are a little pricy compared with that in a normal coffee shop, especially hot chocolate and mocha. (2) It is easy to be ignored and the customer service can be improved to match a cafe in such a classy store.
Great place! Hidden away so not too busy, great food and drinks and very Remote work friendly.
