The overall consensus was a terrible dining experience with no attention to detail or customer satisfaction. One reviewer arrived to find the restaurant closed without any prior notice. The general sentiment was disappointment and frustration, leading to a recommendation to try one of the many other dining options available in the area.
We arrived at the restaurant only to find that it was closed. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this beforehand.
Travelled from Ashford to visit here, booked a table etc. Everything was fine. Until we turned up at the restaurant only to find it closed. Nobody had let us know and we had a completely wasted journey!
Tapas Revolution Stratford is closed down. Turned up to reservation to a closed restaurant and no one notified me.
What a shame a good location and an excellent menu BUT. Several items from the menu were 'not available ' despite it being prime time on a Saturday evening. The same applied to the wine list. The food itself was very good when it was eventually received: several members of the staff seemed overwhelmed and poorly trained.
Service was terrible some of the servers did not know what they were doing no meatballs on the menu asked for 2 items of the same dish but only got one plate the omelette was terrible and portion size very small. Will not be visiting again.
