Having been sick a few days before, I went for what I thought was a safe option in Roast Chicken which arrived very pale and when cut into was still pink and ****. Second version was then fried for quickness but I could hardly eat anything, as still put off by that inside colour. A lot of money for having only eaten some new potatoes on the side. I had lunch in October with a friend at this restaurant. I had won a voucher for a free lunch for two, and the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We enjoyed calamari and burgers, which were all delicious. I would recommend this place if you are passing through Waterloo and in need of a bite to eat or a drink. View all feedback.

Issues ranged from undercooked chicken, stale buns, and loud environments to poor service and lackluster food. The one consistent highlight was the friendly and attentive waitstaff, who tried to make up for the shortcomings of the establishment. Overall, it seems like this restaurant might be hit or miss depending on the day and time you visit.
