Some customers experienced long wait times and poor service, with one group leaving due to unfriendly staff and a bad odor in the restaurant. However, other diners had a great experience, praising the impeccable staff and enjoyable food. The pasta, potato sides, and dough balls were highlighted as fantastic, with one reviewer particularly enjoying the creamy and flavorsome carbonara. Families with children also felt welcomed and appreciated the friendly service. Overall, the restaurant seems to have mixed reviews, with some patrons recommending it for a relaxed meal near Oxford Street, while others were disappointed in the quality of the food and service.
We, a mixed family group of 6 including 2 young children, had here after a long day shopping at oxford street. the service was friendly and courteous (pushchair). decoration was beautiful and lighter slightly dimmed, added to the atmosphere. we had a mix with our order and it was quickly handled, both smooth and graciously rectified, which was very appreciated when eating with young children. we had a mix of pizza and netzen, all enjoyed. one of our party is vegan and was very satisfied with their dish and choice. overall excellent friendly service and would recommend for everyone near oxford street if they are looking for a relaxed meal. to add most of the other diners, had no children as there was 7 clock, so it was nice as our were welcome.
Try to eat somewhere while found in london and the spaghetti house. the personal is really friendly and has welcomed us. eating was excellent and plentiful.
The place is nice and cosy, food was delicious and our server was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful
Good food with good service. Pizza could’ve been cooked for longer. Carbonara could’ve had less cooking time. Overall we enjoyed it though.
A gem of a restaurant. We will return. Excellent service, excellent value
