While some customers enjoyed their meals and the friendly service, others found the staff unhelpful and lacking attention to detail. The food quality was average, with some disappointed by the prawns and pasta. Despite these varied reviews, the Westfield branch remains a nostalgic favorite for longtime patrons who appreciate the decent portion sizes and classic dishes. The overall atmosphere seemed welcoming, with a well-kept ambiance. Whether you are seeking a reliable meal or hoping for outstanding service, the Spaghetti House may cater to both expectations.
Initially, our reservation was not honored and we were informed that the restaurant would be closing in an hour, so we decided to leave.
This restaurant really needs to improve the friendliness of their staff. Two of them were really unhelpful, especially one of the managers on the floor. They seemed eager to walk away as soon as they served our table. It would be nice if they actually listened when we answered their questions about the food. Also, when we requested black pepper, we meant freshly ground pepper, not the low-quality stuff left on the table. Our food took a while to arrive (25 minutes) even though we asked for starters and mains to come together. It was disappointing that we were penalized for choosing this option. The food itself was well cooked and tasty, but the overall experience was not great. Lastly, when we asked for a receipt after paying with a credit card, we expected the credit card receipt, not a pre-printed bill with the list of items ordered.
Four of us came here after the cinema. It was quite busy but we had a booth which was comfortable and not noisy. Our waitress was first day on the job but keen to please. I had a lovely mushroom risotto, one of the best I've had, everyone enjoyed their meal. There was a mistake with the bill, in our favour, which they corrected but then gave us a limoncello each so well handled. I would go back.
First they did not have our booking, then they told us that they were closed an hour later so that we left
Actually, this place has to hire friendly staff. two of them were completely inappropriate, especially one of the managers on the floor. I couldn't wait to go from the table within seconds. I mean, if they ask someone how to eat, they at least try to pretend that they hear the answer! when we ask for black pepper....we mean freshly ground pepper....not the cheap witness they leave on the table. the food took a because to come when we asked that everything (starter and net) comes at the same time. I don't know why they are punished when we go for this option, but that was a break. the food was well cooked and pleasant, but the experience was not great. and back to the useless manager, if we wish a reception after the payment with a credit card, we do not want the credit card receipt to the preprinted bill with the list of ordered items.
