It turned out t... read more Our son, who lives in the area, recommended this restaurant as the best for miles, so we made a reservation here to celebrate his 30th birthday. It turned out to be a perfect evening. The food was exceptional - the octopus was delicious, the lamb was cooked perfectly, and the rice pudding was a hit with everyone! The service was friendly and very professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and time flew by! This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is truly excellent. This was my second visit, and I will definitely be returning again in the future.

I was reluctantly asked to write this review, because the restaurant is so good that I'm afraid it will be hard to get a table in the future if more people know... read more I was reluctantly asked to write this review, because the restaurant is so good that I'm afraid it will be hard to get a table in the future if more people know about it! I have been to this restaurant five times now, as it is local to us. Even though we have many dining options in the area, the food and service here are exceptional. The owners, Sujin and Yoann, are a perfect couple running the restaurant. Yoann, from the Loire valley in France, and Sujin, from Seoul, Korea, combine French cooking with Asian hospitality to create a wonderful dining experience. Yoann's flavors are exceptional, and watching him work is a treat. Reservations are a must, and sitting at the bar allows you to watch the whole culinary show unfold. My favorite dish is the rice pudding served in large bowls, even though I'm not usually a dessert person. I am already looking forward to my next visit, as I have never been disappointed. Enjoy!

Every time has bee... read more We have eaten here about 5 times, three of those during the pandemic when they made special arrangements for home delivery or outside eating. Every time has been amazing but last night’s dinner and service was simply outstanding (27th May). There is an efficient staff of only three people and we could not fault any aspect of the experience. I wish I could give it more stars. On the other hand, I love it being my local secret!
