What nomadlad doesn't like about Shanghai Blues:
Popped in on a Monday for lunch, which was very nice. Obviously being the start of the week it was very quiet, but to the point with 5 or so tables, it still felt very stilted of atmosphere.The food was good, but not sure how freshly cooked it all is, presume it's all pre prepared and then defrosted? 2 of my dishes came out clearly all stuck together like its from a pack. The atmosphere is lovely, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The dishes are beautifully presented. The prices are fair considering the level of service received. I didn't peek into the kitchen, but I can tell that they use high-quality ingredients (at least the rice is). I might check out the live jazz next time. View all feedback.
