While the ambiance is airy and inviting, reviews suggest a disparity between presentation and taste, with dishes sometimes lacking seasoning and substance. Service can be hit or miss; some patrons enjoyed attentive staff, while others felt rushed or neglected. Highlights include a reportedly exceptional burger and well-executed Yorkshire pudding. Although the venue shows promise with good vegetarian options and thoughtful touches for special occasions, diners should temper their expectations regarding consistency and overall value.
Excellent and authentic Turkish food. Delicious and reasonably priced. Great location. Get the hotel and all the vegetarian dishes.
Amazing food reasonably priced for the area, had the house meze selection for 2 and left satisfied. Great service
We made a reservation at this restaurant for a pre-theatre dinner. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. We would have stayed longer if it weren't for a baby crying constantly. The decor was vibrant and new, with a lively atmosphere even at an early hour. We would definitely love to return.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic. We tried the famous and traditional English Fish and Chips, and the Baklava for dessert was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was great, the staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect.
My wife is highly allergic to paprika/bell peppers. Waiter assured us the seafood pasta did not contain paprika/peppers when ordering and when the dish was served. It did and she passed out when on way to the toilet. Other guests helped her. The manager was very concerned when he found out, but the waiter was totally indifferent. A very bad experience. No allergy cards unlike other restaurant chains.
