The amazing food, particularly the platters and burgers, receives high praise, with standout dishes like mac and cheese, fried chicken, and onion rings. However, some customers were disappointed with cold food, slow service, and a noisy atmosphere, especially downstairs near a DJ. Despite some mishaps, exceptional service experiences stand out, such as attentive and friendly waitstaff explaining complex menus and offering complimentary desserts. Overall, the restaurant appeals to BBQ enthusiasts with fresh, delicious meats and flavorful BBQ sauce. While some find the prices a bit high, others appreciate the quality and generous portions, making it a great choice for special occasions. If you're a meat lover looking for a BBQ fix, this restaurant offers a nice dining experience worth experiencing.
Eating here is fantastic, not to mention the actual restaurant itself, to be a really nice place. the employees were fantastic and service was really efficient as it was a Saturday night. I will be 100% back here as this is a great place with really good trips in consideration of the quality of food and location of the restaurants! we were served by diana and she was amazing, I even promised pinky that I left this review lol! many thanks.
Looking for somewhere, the authentic bbq is hard, as most of the plants reheat once smoked and that changes the taste and textures, but here. it's crazy fresh. I pampered on a cool Saturday afternoon and ordered a tablet from hot left, briquette, chopped pork, pork, and a side of the swallow. eating was very fast and therefore I can only fathom it came out of the smoker and just on the tablet. the brisket was so moist and melted in the mouth, the pork ribs fell apart with a clean bone removal (not easy for pork ribs) and the hot parts were full of taste. the test of a big BBQ place is also their BBQ sauce, which was beautiful and spiced (back of mesquite) and the pickel, brewed in the house and delicious. service was attentive and super. a good lunch late afternoon.
Been wanting to try this place for a while and tonight we were roaming around London quite late and this was conveniently open and nearby to where we were. The ambience is great, music just suits the vibe of the place, staff are incredibly friendly and attentive and relatively quick service. The burgers are SO GOOD, definitely one of the best burgers I’ve tried around London. We got a bbq platter of chicken wings (it was very dry but maybe because it was later on in the day it wasn’t as fresh) chopped pork. Philly fries and guirella fries were nice too and perfect accompaniment with the burgers. Overall great experience and will return at an earlier time of day!
Love, Love ! Their burgers are so filling I can’t eat too much when I am there as there is so much meat in the burgers. Quality for money definitely worth it. Their mozzarella sticks and chicken wings are very tasty. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
I had the devastator burger and it was immense. So tasty and if you eat the top half then the bottom half its not overly messy or hard to eat. Chips good too. Friends burgers all looked top notch as well. Nice restaurant as well and staff are great. Loses a star because their 'milkshakes ' are firstly just blended ice cream plus a couple of unblended scoops thrown in, and not even good tasting ice cream but like cheap Walls soft scoop. I asked for Malt in mine and didn 't get it, they took it back and brought it with whiskey in (I don 't drink), at that point I gave up with the shake but they didn 't charge for it. If you want a proper malt shake go to Byron Burger. But the burgers here are next level!
