Tooting Broadway Market, although improving, does not meet the standard for this type of food/atmosphere. Now, let's focus on the positives, because they outweigh the negatives: The atmosphere is really cool. You sit on high chairs with a view of an open kitchen where you can see everything. The staff is very friendly. The food (the most important aspect) is amazing. The ingredients are fresh and of excellent quality. The dishes are creative and the flavors are well-balanced. The menu changes regularly and is well thought out. Yes, it's pricey, but it's truly a gastronomic experience (even at Tooting Broadway Market). In conclusion, if you are a food lover, I would definitely recommend trying it at least once. I was initially skeptical due to the prices, but after using a Time Out discount and experiencing the restaurant for myself, I can say that it is worth it and I highly recommend it.
