Some customers were disappointed with the lack of variety in starters and desserts, as well as the inconsistent service from waitresses. Despite these setbacks, the food was enjoyable and the setting by the river was lovely. The atmosphere was pleasant, but some customers were disappointed that the tea was served in a 3/4 cup of hot water with milk on the side, rather than in a pot. On the other hand, another group found the restaurant to be an excellent choice for lunch with friends after visiting the Tower of London, praising the food, service, and the view of Tower Bridge. They also highly recommended the beetroot burger. Overall, the restaurant is a great place for a meal or snack by the Tower of London, with some customers returning specifically for the delicious fish and chips.
Nice place to have a drink and bite to eat after touring the Tower and Crown JewelsPolite service served mimosas and a nice chicken sandwich.

If we'd had a chance to actually eat some food, I might be able to give it a higher rating.
Beautiful atmosphere but disappointed that the tea was not in a pot, but it was a 3/4 cup hot water and full fat milk on the side. We asked for a pot of hot water to upload it
We're always here for fish n chips when in London. The employees are so accommodating; they even supported additional support through reduced mobility. I hope to go back.
