Located in Greenwich, Pathiri is a culinary gem celebrated for its authentic Malayali and South Indian dishes. Diners rave about the delightful flavors, from spicy pomfret fry to robust chicken curries and biryani that evoke a sense of home. The ambiance may need some improvement, but the attentive, friendly service enhances the dining experience. Special discounts for students and a BYO policy make it an appealing choice for diverse patrons. With a unique menu featuring rare items, Pathiri promises a refreshing twist on traditional Indian dining—an essential stop for spice enthusiasts and food lovers alike.
Eating and service was fantastic that they obviously make a roaring trade in takeaways. for another type of curry they give it a go! a few suggestions to make it even better, the resturante door had a big gap under it, through which there was an icy design, easy to fix, I think and it would be nice if some signs of hotness (the chili variety) were given on the menu.
This restaurant was a great sound. the Indian aromen had the stamp of authenticity. Easy to dine, genuine aromen and some unusual items on the menu like putty-kadale and pathetic. it was a very pleasant meal. the service would have had a little more enthusiasm and the ambiente could be used up a bit. I will definitely visit again.
Excellent place for top kitchen South Indian cuisine. large customer service they also serve South Indian meals
The Keralan food at this restaurant is absolutely delightful. The starters and pomfret fry are wonderfully spicy, and the fish and chicken curries are bursting with flavor. The surroundings were not as we anticipated, but the food was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive.
The restaurant Pathiri offers delicious and unique food that is worth trying. Located just across the street from Zaibatsu, another excellent restaurant with affordable prices, it is a BYO establishment where pre-booking is essential due to high demand. The Kerala cuisine at Pathiri is exceptional and is likely to attract food enthusiasts to the area. Don't hesitate to visit and enjoy the top-quality food, such as the flavorful fish and green mango curry. The service at Pathiri is friendly and attentive, despite some complaints about the decor. Overall, this restaurant provides fresh, amazing dishes at reasonable prices, making it a top choice for spicy cuisine in Greenwich/Blackheath.
