The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. The only downside is that it can get very noisy when the place is full due to the acoustics. The high ceiling and glass surroundings may not be ideal for a quiet, intimate meal. However, the tables are well spaced apart, which is a rare find in London restaurants. Beware - my fiancée ordered the Petto di Pollo Ruspante last night (12-Feb) and within hours began experiencing horrible food poisoning symptoms.
What an utter disappointment! I have been to the Obica in Charlotte Street before and although I thought it pricey with small portion sizes, I was impressed
Went to Obica as it looked nice when i was passing one eveningGlad i tried however i wont return.
Delicious pasta and delicious soft chewing mozzarella! the pasta I had was a little hard, but taste was delicious, tiramisu was also super beautiful and service asswell was good. the ambiente is very cozy, it was quite busy, so best to make a reservation before the hand to avoid waiting.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. service was great. had the fresh ravioli, which was a rather small part, so decided to order the 250g mozzarella plate. very tasty and would eat here again. also the grapefruit gin that was delicious.
