We requested 2 highchairs on our booking and again when we arrived.... read more This was my first time back at Luppolo in almost a year and we were extremely disappointed. We requested 2 highchairs on our booking and again when we arrived. We were only ever given 1. We waited 10 minutes to be given menus. After placing our order 2 people came over to check elements of it. Our drinks order was wrong and then our food order was wrong. When the corrected item was brought out the waitress said plain pasta and we said no, we ordered pasta and meatballs and another waiter said yeah. Yeah the meatballs are there . There were no meatballs but we were eating with two toddlers who were very hungry so we didn 't want to wait for the order to be remade a 2nd time. The toilets were not very clean and none of the toilets had toilet paper in. This was 5pm on a Saturday so not yet busy in the restaurant

It is so refreshing to feel welcome as a family with small children and we are all very grateful.
