L'Anima, which means 'soul' in Italian, is an award-winning restaurant offering authentic and honest Italian cuisine. Located between the City and Shoreditch, the restaurant was designed by renowned architect Claudio Silvestrin. The modern and inviting space is furnished with clean lines, reflecting the sophistication and quality of our seasonal menu. Our cuisine is influenced by the South of Italy, with reinterpretations of dishes from Sardinia, Puglia, and Sicily. In addition, our award-winning wine selection features environmentally friendly producers from regions such as Calabria, Lombardy, and Emilia Romagna.

The new head chef, Antonio Favuzzi, is upholding the same high standards set by the previous chef, Francesco Mazzei.
To begin, I want to clarify that I have only visited the restaurant once.
I was surprised by the reviews on Yelp when I was looking for a good Italian restaurant with decent ratings.
