Laboratorio Pizza - London

The pizzas here are fantastic, especially the Montanara deep-fried ones. I've visited for three days, and they are as good as they say! The staff is friendly, so don't pay any attention to the negative reviews. I highly recommend this place!

The restaurant features a spacious and beautifully designed open area with a great view of the disco galley oven. The staff is delightful and entertaining as well. I ordered the truffle cream pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! I would have given it five stars, but I recently had an even better crust in a sourdough version. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

It is good to begin their meal with a frittatina di pasta. the pizza was really good. the sauce was excellent and the teig was also very soft. the only thing for me was the ambiente. House music didn't really agree with the mood of the place and the same applies to the horrible looking laminated menus. I hope that next time I find a few beers, and I am sure that this place will grow a lot because it has great pizza and very friendly staff!

One of the best pizzas I ever had. Highly recommend if you are into thin Italian pizzas.
