the vegan options are on the first page of the menu, which is not a reflection. good selection of dishes and cheap for central london service was fast and friendly. updated by previous review on 2022-07-13 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Korean Bbq Vegan:
The vegan section of the menu is quite extensive and very good. The fried tofu and edamame nuggets are very nice. The yaki udon with vegs and crispy tofu also super tasty. Soft drinks are limited and extremely expensive, absolute rip off and overall the prices are quite high for what you get. View all feedback.
I’ve only had one dish here, and it was good. Will go back and try more, but appreciate that they have so many vegan options.
Really enjoyed eating here! But I can understand why people would confuse this place with a vegan restaurant based on its name. I came with two meat eaters who said their food was really good too so it could be a good place with non vegan friends. I ordered the vegan yakisoba with tofu but there was honestly so much choice!
As others have said, there are plenty of vegan options. The Korean BBQ (you cook on the table grill) is for minimum of 2 people. I opted for the Bibimbap with tofu, which was okay but actually not as tasty as the one I make at home. Service was very good and i particularly liked that they didn’t rush us. Downstairs is getting renovated and is a bit of a building site, but toilets in the basement are still accessible.
Decent selection if vegan food and tastes not bad. But feels very toned to western pallets and some of the vegan dishes felt a but plain. The ttokkboki was really good though. Service was nice.
It's ok. Kind of basic vegan adaption of Korean cuisine. I also find it misleading they got VG sign outside thought it'd be totally vegan but it's not. The meat offering is much much bigger. Quite salty food.
