The service can be hit or miss, with some customers experiencing rude interactions, while others praise the warm hospitality of the staff. The deli selection is fantastic, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Overall, Jakobs is recommended for a quick lunch or dinner, especially if you're in the mood for Armenian cuisine. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty. With its convenient location near the Royal Albert Hall, Jakobs is a solid choice for a satisfying meal in a charming setting.
We had a private party for my mother and Tanya and her team at Jakobs were just great! the staff were very friendly, understanding and polite to all of our guest! the food was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere great. Big thank you for...hosting a wonderful meal/event!
My boyfriend and I visited Jakobs today, and as we were walking past the lovely lady inside held up some falafel so we could see what they were offering. When we went inside we were greeted so warmly by the lovely family who seem to...run the restaurant. We both had the lasagne with different sides great choice of salads and they couldn't have been more hospitable. The food was absolutely delicious, big portions, and we left feeling full and happy. The customer service was 10/10. Highly recommended.
Absolutely wonderful place for a family meeting; a very friendly atmosphere, warm hospitality, delicious food and absolutely no pressure to eat and go. we were feeling pretty literally at home as if family! thank you!
We have a table for Thursday, the 2nd january on the table, but when we arrived in the restaurant, it was closed! we were surprised and upset that there was apparently no communication between the restaurant and open table.
We liked the cozy atmosphere, and eating was delicious! this is a great place for a meal before a concert in the royal albert hall.
