What User doesn't like about Itsu 53 Victoria St:
There were very few vegan options available at this restaurant. I ordered a rice dish that was extremely hard and seemed undercooked or too dry. I had to ask for a refund. Additionally, the only vegan dessert they offered had already sold out. View all feedback.

This lovely small Japanese restaurant offers a selection of vegan dishes. I tried the Thai soup dumplings with vegetables and found them to be tasty and well-seasoned. My partner ordered the rice and quinoa bowl, which was also delicious despite having only a small amount of rice. The prices were reasonable, making it a good choice for a quick meal if you're in the area. It's definitely worth a visit.
I enjoy Itsu because they offer a great variety of vegan options. It's fast, nutritious, and affordably priced. This location has a spacious seating area. My favorite dish is the katsu curry with Udon noodles. Sometimes, when I'm feeling extra hungry, I'll add 3 vegan meatballs for an additional £1.50 to make it a more substantial meal.
Itsu is a fast casual restaurant with a slightly upscale ambiance, offering reasonably priced dishes. The menu is Asian inspired, specifically leaning towards Japanese cuisine. Over the years, itsu has significantly expanded its vegan offerings, with delicious options clearly labeled on the menu and packaging. One of my favorite dishes is the detox miso noodle soup, which is low in calories, though it can sometimes be too tangy depending on who prepares it. Some of my new preferred items include the veggie dragon roll with vegan mayo, veggie meatballs coconut soup, and veggie gyoza with bowloodle. There are additional vegan and vegetarian choices beyond what I have mentioned that are also worth a try. The menu and packaging clearly indicate which options are suitable for vegan diets, with most staff being knowledgeable and helpful in catering to vegan preferences. I would rate itsu a 3.5 due to it being a chain, but bump it up to a 4 as half ratings are not allowed, and it offers a nice, higher quality, and healthy food option.
Itsu is a fast casual restaurant that offers a slightly upscale dining experience at reasonable prices. The menu is inspired by Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese dishes. Itsu has greatly expanded its vegan offerings over the years, with delicious options clearly marked on the menu and packaging. One standout dish is the Detox Miso Noodle Soup, although it can sometimes have an excessive amount of seaweed depending on who prepares it. Personal favorites now include the Veggie Dragon Roll with vegan mayo, the Veggie Meatballs Coconut Soup, and the Veggie Gyoza Noodle Bowl. There are many other vegan and vegetarian options available that are also worth trying. Staff are generally knowledgeable about vegan choices, as this dietary preference is common in the UK. Overall, I would give Itsu a rating of 3.5 due to its chain restaurant status, but rounded up to a 4 as it offers high-quality and healthy food.
