What Matilde Schuster doesn't like about Honest Burgers:
big burger. juicy, but not too juicy to be clumsy. I went to bark with American cheese. the cheese didn't get through much so I can try the blue cheese next time. the chips were crispy, crispy, dense, but still fluffy. they were the smell and taste of rosemary and I am very glad that they did not salt them. in the past there was always too much salt. very happy and I would try another burger again. Good honest beef, in a no-frills package! Choose your meat (chicken or beef), pick your veggies and toppings - or select one of the house recommendations.
Probably the best burger I've had in England Competes with Byron, Shake Shack and Five Guys but is a league higher.
