The overall experience was good, with friendly staff and a pleasant setting. However, some customers found the food to be disappointing, with issues ranging from chewy sausages to burned cabbage. Despite high expectations for a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, some were underwhelmed by the service and food quality. On the other hand, others had a fantastic experience, with delicious food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, while there were some mixed reviews, Heddon Street Kitchen seems to be a popular choice for families and those looking for a good meal in a nice setting.
My family loves all Gordon Ramsey. We stayed in London from the USA and happy enough to secure a reservation on NYE 2022. It didn't disappoint! I never had a gin and tonic, and the Ramseys Gin and Tonic put a high bar. The Salt Pepper squid was delicate and tasteful. The Beef Wellington was EXCELLENT, perfectly cooked and everything we expected. For dessert we did the ice bar...mint chocolate chip was a special for the night and it was amazing. Prompt, polite, helpful staff. Very recommended!
We have come for the Beef Wellington experience that we have received a while ago as a gift voucher from our friend. The restaurant flourished with a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and professional. The whole menu is absolutely extraordinary. Great portions and everything delicious. The restaurant had quite a decor. Lavatories also showed stylish design, were clean and in a good shape. 100% recommended!
This place does not need a review and does not need an introduction. It is enough to say that it corresponds to the name and hype. You can clearly see the work that was put in the creation of the menu and the atmosphere of a restaurant. Everything was great to the smallest detail. The service was phenomenal and the establishment of the restaurant was great. I didn't even get the food. I ordered the spicy tuna attarsizer that was meaningful. Really some of the better tuna I had all over the world. Then I ordered the pig bell with one side of Makkaroni cheese. Both were dressed to perfection and tasted amazing. The pig belly came with a kind of apple sauce (from my bad description), which combined amazingly. Mostly the letter to confirm that this place really lives on the hype.
The food is very good, like expected. The services are very nice to you and polite. The prices are not that high that you would think when you go to a Gordon Ramsey Restaurant. The only thing that you should know is that the Beef Wellington is 50 pounds per person and it’s for 2 persons so you will are going to pay 100 pounds don’t do the mistake that I did and know about the price.
Audrey was fantastic and have great recommendations I had the tuna tartar with was lovely full of flavour. The butter chicken was a delight but would have liked a little bit of spice added. Mac n cheese had somewhat of s funny taste not sure what the ingredient was but wouldn't recommend the carrots on the other hand were brilliant. Overall recommended and will be coming back for a tomahawk!
