Cocktails were good but pricey; guess you pay for the excellent river view. Food is enjoyable, though not the finest steak I had for the price. The waitress looked grumpy and made me feel like an unwelcome guest; quite unacceptable for this kind of restaurant. We went for Saturday lunch on a sunny day and it wasn't that busy.
