A charming café ideal for meeting friends or jotting down thoughts in your notebook (for those who enjoy that). It offers excellent Wi-Fi, along with a fresh and delicious menu for breakfast or lunch. It's a refreshing change from the unfortunate business that replaced a small butcher shop in the '70s. Hackney's entrepreneurial spirit continues to impress. View all feedback.
I had a wonderful brunch! They offer great milk-free options as well. I tried the eggs with eggplant and pico de gallo, and it was delicious.

The staff was very nice and friendly, and the interior was lovely, adorned with plenty of plants and artwork. The bagels were good, although the bread was a bit dry. However, the iced chai latte was absolutely delicious! Just a heads up: while there’s a large area to work in, there is no Wi-Fi available.
I've been a customer at Footnote for three years. The ambience is so lovely at the cafe, especially if you can catch a coveted seat outside! Above all, I really appreciate the consistency in the quality of the food, and the freshness of their ingredients. Their fresh juices are amazing.
The atmosphere of this cafe is really great, staff nice and food and iced coffee really good. Definitely worth going if you're in the area. Only downside is that some items in the menu were not available and the prices are a just a little too much for what you're getting.
